By registering your details on this page, you are giving consent for a representative of the Apprentice Employment Network (AEN) to contact you and to potentially share or discuss your details with third parties for the purpose of assisting you to recommence your apprenticeship. Third parties may refer to Apprenticeship Centres (AASNs) State & Federal Authorities, Group Training Organisations, Industry Associations, Private Employers, Training Organisations, AEN Members, etc.

I consent to the Department of Trade, Employment and Training confirming and/or correcting my apprenticeship details with the Apprentices Employment Network for the purpose of verifying my eligibility and details on the Trade Apprentices - Queensland Out-of-Trade Register and supporting matching with potential employers.

This may include confirmation of:

My apprenticeship start and cancellation dates
How long I had been in my apprenticeship at the time of cancellation
The status of my training contract if it is not cancelled
Any other information that is required from Trade Apprentices in direct relation to my apprenticeship that DTET have.

I understand that this information will only be used for the purpose of operating the Trade Apprentices – Queensland Out-of-Trade Register and supporting my re-employment as an apprentice.

I understand that providing consent is voluntary and that I may withdraw my consent at any time by contacting the Apprentice Employment Network.

This consent is valid for 12 months from the date below or until I am re-employed as an apprentice or I withdraw my consent.
