About Us
The Out of Trade Register provides a resource for Cancelled or ‘At-Risk’ Queensland Apprentices to register their details, upload a resume and search for opportunities within their preferred trade and geographic location, while also allowing employers, including Group Training Organisations to search for and connect with suitable candidates.
Registration is quick and easy and our service is free.
If you are a Queensland apprentice with a cancelled training contract or a Queensland employer looking to employ an out of trade apprentice, please register with us.

The registration process was quick & easy and gave me some additional employment options I had not considered before.
Apprentice
Once I registered my details, I received a phone call to help me update my resume and identify more employment opportunities than I could have found by myself.
Apprentice
By registering with Trade Apprentices we were able to expand our candidate pool and feel confident we were reaching the right target group for a career opportunity within our organisation.
WFM Electrical – Brisbane
After moving to the Gold Coast I needed to recommence my carpentry apprenticeship with a new employer. The Trade Apprentices Reconnection Grant helped me to buy some new tools and safety gear so I was more employable and better prepared to get back into my trade.
